I spent most of this hung over morning tweaking Trillian and and FireFox with new skins and extensions. As far as FireFox is concerned, I think I have a good package running:

FlashGot - DL Manager
Adblock - Ad Filtering
ForecastFox - Very non-intrusive weather updates
GasBuddy Query - A must have for cheap ********
Mouse Gestures - I don't know how I went this long without this
Session Saver - Saves your open tabs from your last session
Tab Mix - More tab browsing features
