Pillow Angels (creepy)

Don't know what to think of this, really. Not my business on the whole.

The term 'Pillow Angel' creeps me out, in part because it seems so warm and inviting and sinister.

I remember when this came out. Was interesting to me because while in college I spent 3 years taking care of a quadriplegic child who needed around the clock total care.

I was listening to a radio talk show last year and they had a story equally creepy. Apparently, this little girl was all messed up - can't remember what the problem was. But, anyway, the mom wanted to sever her limbs to make her life easier. Something about how her arms and legs were completely useless and would never work. So, her idea was to just cut them off.

my half sister was severly premature and has cerebral palsy. she can't walk or do anything for herself. she's 9 years old.

my mom has been considering this route as well, as she keeps getting bigger and it will never get any easier to change her diapers or anything like that.

she called me about a year ago to ask what i thought about it... i mulled it over and told her i don't have an answer. i still feel the same, but i completely understand where the parents are coming from.
