I'm almost scared to even type those words.

Any Experience getting rid of it?

I've run about 6-7 different anti-virus/anti-spyware programs and I think it's gone, but I'm not sure.

One of the best ways to confirm your PC is clean is to use Hijack This!, then post the report on one the more reputable tech support forums for analysis.
