Fairly amusing story. Would have been better if they'd changed the team name to The Fighting Queers.

So what happens when a public school plays a private school with the mascot named Friars?

What they left out of the story is the mascot actually is the new "Cougar". It is a middle aged white female with a DD breast augmentation and pancaked make-up that carries around a wine-cooler on the sidelines yelling provocatively at the football players and calls the cheerleaders "immature ho's".
