Pay Pal Alternatives?

Is there a simple way to pay an individual by credit card online without going through a giant account verificiation process? That is, for the person sending the money? Greenzap isn't up and won't have credit card payment yet. Any other ideas?

Bidpay works the opposite of Paypal. If you send the payment, YOU get charged. At least, that's the way it was a couple of years ago. Haven't bothered with it since.
