Ravens march right down the field on the opening drive. 7-0. First opening drive score Patriots have allowed. We'll see how the Patriots handle a real offense. That drive reminded me of our opening drive against Georgia.
 
Patriots offense goes three and out on next series. But the Ravens fumble the punt and hand the ball back to Patriots, and the Patriots cash in the gift. 17-7.
 
Ravens fumble again deep in their territory. First and goal again for Patriots. Holding on Patriots. Ravens held them to field goal. 17-10
 
Patriots defense holds (easily). Night and day from first three Raven drives. Brady will get ball back with 1:46 to go in half. Questionable PF on Raven defender. Moves NE to their own 40. Pass to Edelman at Ravens 35. Pass to White at Ravens five. Patriots may run away with this thing after horrible start. Third and goal from about the six with 16 seconds left in half. Fourth and goal from the one, but maybe the downed runner scooted into the end zone before he was touched. Under review. Fourth down from the one. NE goes for field goal. Good. 17-13 at the half.

Pats get more nonoffensive scores and/or scores off of really short drives than anyone. Their offense has actually been mediocre this year esp given the lack of competition. The D had been incredible.
 
Patriots zipping down the field again on the first drive of the second half, but Edelman fumbles at the Ravens 30 and Ravens return it for a TD. Turnabout is fair play. 24-13
 
Pats driving easily down the field once again. Already down to Ravens 27. Second down and three. First down at the 18. Pass to Edelman. First and goal at the five. White to the one. Patriots going no huddle for all of this. Ravens are gassed. TD Patriots. 24-20.
 
Ravens have driven all the way to Patriots five to start the fourth quarter. Ravens defense really needed that rest.
 
Earl Thomas intercepts a rare pass that Brady just threw up for grabs without any real chance of completing it. Ravens really needed that because Patriots were just playing pitch and catch again among Brady, Edelman, and Sunu.
 
Mark Ingram has found an offense that really suits him in the Ravens. He looks great tonight, even with the fumble.
 
Brady sacked and Patriots have to punt with a minute fifteen left in game. Ravens take the knee twice to end the game. Not even close.
