Painting / rust removal

Anyone recommend an exterior painter in Houston metro area? I really only need one side of the house painted but it's 3 stories.

Or if anyone knows how to remove the rust down the side of the house due to the AC drip pan that would be great. I've tried pressure washing, etc and nothing works. Guess I'll have to paint over it.

I have not but it looks like that it used for metal surfaces, correct? I trying to remove it from a wood surface.

You might try a product called Super Iron Out. It's a powder commonly used to remove iron deposits from water filters and softeners, should be available at hardware or plumbing stores. Mix with water and rub it on. I have seen it used to remove rust stains from a white convertible top, worked well and left no trace of use.
