So how great would this be? Where would this be? I have heard Vegas and Arlington as rumoured possible venues, and I have heard March as a possible time. I know that everything is speculation right now, but surely this will get worked out because the possible pay day would be so massive for each. Wow. I am so excited and might try to make this my first ever attended fight.

I've never been to a fight before, but if it's at JerryWorld I'll be there. I can't imagine a better occasion for a guy's night out.

btw, official negotiations between Pac and Mayweather's folks started yesterday, to include payouts, and venue...

It seems Vegas, Arlington, and NYC are the rumours. Wynn has said he would construct a 30,000 seat outdoor venue just for this event on the Strip. Arlington would be Jerryworld, and NYC would be NY Yankees stadium. Jerryworld would hold by far the most, and would have the ability to close the roof in case of inclement weather... of course Vegas won't have bad weather either. That is kinda the downside to Yankee stadium. The camps have set May 1st as the deadline date for the fight to happen, and I saw a rumour that March 13th at Arlington was a proposal. Due to costs and location, my hope would be that Arlington would win out. I think that Jerryworld would sell out for this event, and that the floor seats, plus boxes, plus 100,000 would make it the largest gate for a fight ever. I would be willing to pay a significant amount just to be there, sit in a nose bleed seat, and watch the screen.

I am ONLY making a guess right now, but IF the fight were in Alrington, I would bet that a ticket wouldn't be much more than the PPV price of watching it at home. I would just love to be there in that electric atmosphere.
