Pac Man Reinstated on Limited Basis

Pacman allowed to practice and play in the preseason. A full reinstatement (possibly going to miss some regular season) coming by Sept 1. Pac is back

I honestly don't know how this didn't happen sooner. The best thing for him right now is to have his time occupied with being around his teammates, being in practice, and being with the Cowboys personel support people i.e. Calvin Hill.

He can finally acclimate himself with the team and the defense and offensive schemes. This will be a good test to prove that he has temporarily turned the corner. If they can get 2-3 solid years out of him it would be worth it.

First practice he returns a pick to the house. Granted it was Rich Bartel throwing it, but still ...
