Don't know much about her, or her music, except that she's somewhat eccentric and has won a lot of critical acclaim. I saw her on cable the other night and wasn't impressed.

It must have been the same live performance I saw, TC, with the same conclusion. Sometimes I stop and watch stuff just to see what "the kids" are in to.

Simplistic. Repetitive. Trite. Eccentric for the sake of eccentricity itself. "Critical acclaim?"

At my age, anyone under 35 is a 'kid.' Can you explain this "music" to me, TxArch? I was embarrassed for her watching it. Pretentious beyond belief.
