Over-under on GG accepting a WNIT bid

Fans still considering that Texas has even a remote chance of being invited to the NCAA tourney are kidding themselves.

As the thread title stipulates: over-under on Texas playing in the WNIT? 10% chance. What say others.

I'll bite. Still hope we get into the NCAA tourney, but, I think Coach G was ready to accept an invite from the WNIT last year when we weren't sure. So, I'll go out on a limb and say 75% chance.

No reason not to accept, unless the Erwin Center is booked and has no room to host a few games. Why wouldn't you want the team to keep playing?

I know there is a Roger Waters show at the FEC that might eliminate this venue. I understand that it takes a week or so to set up that wall. Maybe we could rent that shaded pick-up basketball court over there in East Austin?

We may be getting ahead of ourselves. Who says we get a home game? Usually only the good teams get those. I think. Or do we do you pay the WNIT a fee to get home game?

I really don't care where they play. If there is a postseason WNIT home game, I'll be there.
