Over/Under for Mavs first win

I'm setting it at four. This is without looking at their schedule. Although, after watching Denver beat them like a red headed step child, I'm definately going for the over.

Mavs chemistry and defense is simply awol now.

i knew this would be a rough season... i think next year we'll make a big run at howard.... i still think mavs squeak into playoffs as 7 seed or so. oh well still saw my team win a championship while i was actually in dallas. can't beat that!

It is funny listening to the talk shows, etc. around Dallas because they all say the same thing: "No need to panic. This team needs time. It is technically only the 4th preseason game. And so on and so on." Watching the first two games it is truly amazing to watch the complacency in the veterans and the lack of chemistry brought on by the new guys. Delonte West, Vince Carter, and Lamar Odom just appear to be playing their own game without any regard for the team or the offense or anything Carlisle is trying to get them to do.

The championship hangover/complacency plus the lack of a vote of confidence from management by letting Chandler and Barea go could spell a really bad year. Maybe they will get a lottery pick to go with Howard and/or Williams next year....
