Outlook Address File Copy

How can I copy all my outlook addresses and store them as a word or text file? I want a personal copy of my outlook addresses JIK

Click on your contacts tab. Then go to File - import/export. Choose export. It will give you several options for the type of file you want to create, such as comma separated value (csd), etc. You can also choose excel.

depending on what kind of phone you have you may be able to sync them into your phone.

I have a blackberry pearl and it works perfect. I can dump them from my phone into any computer I want.

The excel download works great as well. I did have a hard time uploading that on a new computer though.
