Outdoor security lights

We want to install some motion-sensitive lights in the backyard. Took a quick look at Home Depot to see what they have, and so far we're leaning towards the 280 degree coverage with double lights.

Are these fairly easy to install? What kind of wiring knowledge is needed? Thanks!

just cut the breaker first. Pay attention to the wiring on the old unit and just use that as a guide. Once you take the old unit down and look at the wiring, it will probably all make sense.

All in all, shouldn't take you more than ten minutes.

However, if you're putting lights in places that didn't have lights before, that would obviously take longer.

You're right, waldo. There is currently no lighting, or existing wiring that we know of in the areas we want to do this--side of house and back corner of yard.
