That's a great read, and very funny as well. I particularly like her comments about players winning games (not coaches, fans, mascots etc). Overall one of the best pieces I've read about the recruiting trail in a long time.

If you happen to have a few minutes here & there to spare, I highly recommend reading a few her previous entries off to the right; the 'ol english teacher can pen one heck of an article when she gets time to sit down & do so. The one titled "My Pink Ladder" is particularly moving.
