OU doesn't have to admit anything.......it's usually assumed. The fact they have been caught so many times doing so many things without some very serious reprecussions bothers me.

There were forced penalties because this occurred during the 5 year period since the last infraction, and all they give up is a ****** 13-18 record? Caught cheating again and as punishment they get to forever forfeit one of the worst seasons the basketball program has had in decades. Gee, how do they sleep at night.
