OU 73 Texas 67

Ok - so many on here don't like seattle's honesty - but facts are facts - coach g is not getting it done on the court and thats what she gets paid handsomely for - she's a nice person and was very successful at duke - but it's year five and we are not better overall- take a look at some of the teams in the top 25 - it's mind boggling how they are there and we are not- in year five the minimum should be top 20 and in the top 3 or better in conference - look at Louisville and Kentucky - I wonder what their coaches could do with our resources and support - right now we are just another school with a women's basketball team

I love UT athletics. I have really warmed to GG's personality on LHN. Seems like a really neat person. BUT..

She should have been replaced last year (remember last year on this board? Seattle and I do. We were the malcontents and trolls. Now, not so much. And I actually think we were more in tune with UT athletic supporters back then than people on this board want to admit)

She is gone at the end of this year. It is nothing personal. She has been handsomely rewarded for her efforts. She has just not succeeded to the level we expect. But GG and UT part ways and both go on to better chapters.

We will all be fans of the new coach.

We will have to agree to disagree on this one. I know that atleast two of the boosters that are extreme fans of gail and her efforts and they even speak to the changes she has made in the program off the court. They are fine with where the program is headed. I think if they were to part ways she would leave at the end of her contract which is at the end of next year. But by then I envision a program in the national spotlight where it belongs

Agree w/ UTFann.......

GG is NOT leaving at the end of this year, so the Nattering Nabobs of Negativity will have lots more time to spew the garbage...

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, us TRUE Fans will cheer on!!
