I know we will be concentrating on the football game in Lubbock but some other teams we have are having important events especially in regarding the State Farm Lone Star Showdown in which we are currently leading the Aggies by 1 to .5. The events are women's volleyball in Austin at 5 P.M. and Men and Women's Cross Country Big 12 Champinship in Ames, Iowa. This is 2 1/2 points available and I would love for us to sweep them. Last year we had a young women's cross country team and we barely lost the point to A&M by one point. Hopefully they will be able to get it.
We want the Track teams to do well of course but we also want them to get that point in the State Farm Lone Star Showdown.
