Did OU hire the clock operator from the 2002 Tech/OU game to run this one? That was some dirty shenanigans at the end of that game.

OU played poorly. Can't really get around that, but the foul call w/2.3 seconds remaining was just as bad as some of the other poor calls. That was a loose ball where about 4 people collided into one another. How the ref determined Blake committed a foul, I have no idea. At the end of games like that, players are in desperation mode, all flying to the ball on a scramble rebound. Refs generally swallow the whistle in that situation.

Either way, we shot like **** and our perimeter defense was ****. We will bow out in Sweet 16, assuming we don't draw a terrible matchup in 2nd round.

My first response while watching the game was that the official can't make that call with 2 seconds left and the game on the line. I thought they should let the players decide it on the court.

Then I saw the replay and noticed that Griffin absolutely hammered the guy and that was the main reason the ball was free. A second look really made me feel the call was justified.

The clock thing must have been an equipment malfunction, because the refs on the court can actually start and stop the clock on their own.

I was at the game. Wasn't sure then, but after watching the replay I agree with the call. Anderson got to the ball 1st and would have probably been able to put the ball back up had BG not got him.

I never say this about OU, but Im hoping Blake Griffin wins all the player of the year awards. Hes a beast, and Im tired of Tim Tebow, I mean, Tyler Hansbrough already.

That said, please do feel free to lose in the Sweet 16, or earlier
