Orgeron isn't who I thought he was

First of all, congratulations to LSU and their fans. Great team effort. Hiring the guy from Bill & Mary has and will pay great dividends. I hope y'all had a great time. I shall apologize for the fact that a large number of our fans seem to think they are Aggies or Okies and behaved before and after the game like backwoods cretins that have never been there before.

Most in attendance did not arrive early to see the confrontations (plural - there were three). The little video posted below doesn't show what happened. I am coming off back surgery and recommended not to go, but as I told my Aggie surgeon, "you're an Aggie, what the hell could you possibly know about football". Hence, I cannot wear long pants or boots, and am walking with a walker.

I got in my seat before 5:00. For those that don't know, there are two warmup periods. Players come out in t-shirts and pants to run some drills around 90 minutes before kickoff. LSU came out without shirts and did a couple of "victory laps" around the field. They then set up camp on the north end but extended past the 50 to our 40. When some of our DBs came out and told them to move, it was on, BUT not so much with the LSU players (aside from 4-5 of them) as the LSU coaching staff charging over, yelling, pointing fingers, and actually inviting our players to fight. After being separated (referee's crew had yet to come out), the LSU coaches continued to stand around (both sides) of the 50 enticing a confrontation. What did that fat low rent coonass do? Joined his coaches.

Classless
Low rent
Embarrassing to the school
Cheap

Reminiscent of Howard "No Scotch No Scholarship" Schnellenberger, Dufus Erickson, Frank "we got all 19 out on bond in time to play in the bowl" Beamer.

I expected better than that from LSU. I have lots of friends that are alums, including three that have served on the board. The last time I saw this **** in Memorial Stadium was when Wacker's TCU team came in and tried to intimidate us, and John Hagy offered their "great" LB a colonoscopy with his crutch.

Football is a game of intimidating plays and players. Psych goes with the game, but classlessness has no place in the game. Ed Orgeron came to Austin and left his civility at the Sabine River. His coaches' actions tainted an otherwise great victory, as the Tigers opened their new offense for the world to see.

Again, I congratulate the team and fans, all of whom represented their school with class during the game. You have heard the last nice words about that lard *** coonass from me.

Then there were the 10 or so stoppages for “injuries,” but only for one team. Classless and dishonest. But hey, it’s the SEC. I suppose we should expect it.

A. All reports from fellow sooner fans place Tiger behavior below that of both Longhorns and Cowboys fans. So, my expectations would be low.
B. [Not that this is a reason for said poor behavior] Does the no A/C have something to do that that?

Hmmmm.

Before the game, I thought Fat Ed was a classless, mush-mouthed, inarticulate slob. He didn't disappoint. An early glimpse of his character was when he and his minions worked to sabotage our camps in Louisiana.

All that being said, he's clearly a good coach with some VERY good coordinators working with talent superior to all but perhaps Alabama. He's probably not the sort of guy you'd want to trust or go into business with though...
