Weather.com is saying Sunny and 75 degrees. Great day for some baseball.

Saturday is supposed to be partly cloudy and 77. Let's play two!

Has been spring all winter in Austin, we did not get any stinking cold weather.

Billy Goat Hill was the biggest waste of space I've ever seen. Besides, the beer is a lot cheaper about twenty yards away.

I think it is a good idea to have a hospitality tent, but one about a quarter the size would be plenty of space.

Well, you could peer through semi-opaque plastic while sweltering in a musty oven with no air circulation. No thanks.

A MUCH smaller area. Drop the plastic sidewalls and put up some half-height net, if you must. For God's sake, put a couple of bottles of wine back there for the ladies (which would be one of their primary customers). Then you might have a start at something...

I heard the tent had walls so people could drink a beer without being judged by the people walking by.

At least that's what the security guy told me. I laughed.

Bring back the BBQ stand that was down there at one time. Sure would come in handy those first couple of weeks during the double headers.

That "cool little area with picnic tables" was actually there when they first opened the ballpark, but then they came up with the Billy Goat Hill idea, so it went away. UT also still owns the old right field bleachers, which I've heard will be set up in that location if necessary.

As for a club area, I think that little porch on the right field side would be perfect.
