What is the best online flowers site that can deliver on a specific day? I am looking for something nice to be delivered for my wife on her b-day.

On ProFlowers - if you go to Proflowers - in the top right corner there is a radio icon. Click there and enter "Roma" in the box. You'll get a free vase (worth $10).

another vote for proflowers. they've always made timely deliveries and the quality has been great.
