Online Engineering Degrees

I am an attorney and I am looking for recognized engineering programs that I can take/do online. Ideally, I would like to complete an undergraduate degree in engineering (EE, ChemE or BME) online. I already have an undergraduate degree so I don't anticipate I will have to take any non-core courses. Maybe some additional Math.

Are there such programs? I am usually busy from 7 to 7 so I am only interested in online programs and I would like to sit for the Patent Bar at the end of it all. So, I want the program to have the approprtiate certification.

Any ideas?

If you are seriously interested in IP law more than merely having eligibility for the patent bar, I would look for two things in an engineering degree:
1. a strong familiarity with computer engineering nuts and bolts, and
2. a school name big firms will recognize.

The big clients use big firms who in turn want studs.

This may mean a bricks-and-mortar school.

go through old dominion. they have online courses and are a certified bricks and mortar school. that's where i got my nuclear engineering degree but a lot of course work was stuff i already did with the navy
