Online backup

Ive opted for online backup after hearing about a co-worker loosing her imac 24 and external drive in a fire. I have my whole life on my computer.. 10 years and 800GB worth of digital photographs, movies, music. It would be a catastrophe to loose it all.

Does anyone have a service to recommend. I could probably load 500GB of it on my external that I use for BU and take it to a relatives house. Even w/ that I am going to need 300 GB or more.

Carbonite sees to be the only one w/ unlimited BU, but Ive seen some negative stuff online about the incremental BU.

I use Amazon S3 service with Jungle Disk for the client. Works well and is cheap. Carbonite is cool with the unlimited storage, BUT the accounts are per pc. I'm usually hopping between 3-4 pcs so I didn't want to mess with that. Dropbox is also very good.
