Oldboy is excellent. Park's other two Vengeance movies are great too. While Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance is straightforward, Lady Vengeance is more of a poetic thinker.

Korea has put out some solid movies over the past decade.

So, at the end, when she re-hypnotized him... were we supposed to take that to mean she was erasing his memory of all that had happened? Who did he think the girl was? His daughter or his lover? That's the only thing that wasn't very clear.

There was quite a bit to like about this movie. Overall, I feel like I've seen a lot of better ones.

Did y'all think the hypnosis worked one last time at the end? I couldn't tell if that smile/laugh was of joy or madness.
