Old Dude (39 years old) leads HULL to the EPL!

I have never heard of this guy or this team, but I love that they (1) Have a guy who is 39 years old on their team, (2) That he actually plays, and (3) That he scored the only goal to lead his team to the EPL!!! (However I don't approve of his tattoo, but I'll overlook it.)
