Old 97s in Austin - No Concert?

So I am at Waterloo today and see that the Old 97s have a new album coming (awesome!) and they are having an in-store appearance next Friday at Waterloo (awesome!)......I then check out their website to see where the concert will be that evening and note there is not going to be one......huh?

They are playing a concert in Houston a few weeks later and then having an in-store appearance AND a concert on same day in Dallas after that.

Why in the world would they just have an in-store appearance in Austin without a concert?

C'mon, guys...............don't roll Austin like that.

Yeah I was confused by this as well. I'm just going to head up to Dallas for that show I guess.
