Ok, this may seem blasphemous to some here

But I bought 10 lbs of ribs from Costco earlier this week for right at $30 .

Last night I rubbed 'em up w/ mustard and a combo of my fav shakes, and wrapped 'em in foil.

This am at 9, I took 'em to the Dickey's a mile from my home and handed 'em to the manager.

About an hour ago, I returned to Dickey's, paid 0.60 per pound, and came home wth some of the tastiest, juiciest, most trouble-free ribs I've ever had the pleasure to sink my chompers into.

I may never smoke another rib in my backyard again.

Cowpoke.. if they are pig ribs.. then my ribhole is most definately staying shut! lol.

Not blasphemous to me because I've done it myself a time or two with brisket. It's just a time issue. If I'm having people over and I've got other things to tend to, I'll leave the cooking to someone else.

However, half the enjoyment of smoking meat in my pit is sitting outside with cold beer, cigars and either good conversation or the radio on. How the meat comes out is almost secondary to the relaxation achieved. If I have the time, this is the route I'm taking.
