OU tipoff at 6pm? Great. Students, for some reason don't come, so now make it even harder for the rest of us by forcing us into rush hour traffic. I'm sure it's a TV scheduling thing with FoxSports, but that just begs the question about why we blew up the Big 12 to get the Longhorn Network.

Rats. I was hoping for a good crowd when we beat the Sooners.

There were actually more students at the ISU game than I have seen all year. Hopefully, that trend will continue.

I am taking some of my closely hoarded vacation time to get the afternoon off. Otherwise, I would be there at halftime.

Sadly that was not best game for students to attend. I hope they come back.

But a 6:00 tip in downtown Austin is crazy. I predict low turnout.
