Years ago a friends teenage daughter took a foul ball to the face sitting behind first base dugout at Rangers Stadium. Crushed facial bones, several surgeries, it was bad. So I am so freakin' glad Erin is ok, obviously we all are, and that we can actually joke about this. So guys (and girls if it applies) say a thank you to whoever or whatever it is you pray to cuz it could have been nasty.

well, that one first base coach got hit in the temple by a foul ball and was killed. i get antsy when standing anywhere near those areas when playing in my softball leagues.

they've got a 911 tape of her calling 911 on the paparazzi parked outside her mother's home in a gated community now. Guess an officer told her to call 911 if she spotted them tailing her.
