Ranked by 247Sports as the No. 3 guard in the country, Campbell enthusiastically committed to LSU in January with Brick Haley serving as his primary recruiter. *(I didn't choose the 3rd pic for humor, but to show his "beefiness.")
Per Scout (1) and (2):
Some may view Campbell as a nose guard or defensive tackle, but the 6-5, 340 pounder is an interior offensive lineman who can be a road grader on the next level. He’s a big, strong guard that already checks in at about 6-foot-5, 340 pounds. Check out his highlight tape and you’ll see him regularly putting guys on roller skates. He’ll be an absolute mauler on the next level.
He caught the attention of LSU offensive line coach Jeff Grimes during camp this past summer.
"He said I have very good footwork and that I'm powerful," Campbell said. "He thinks I'm a great player... I have quick feet. I can get to the second level and finish blocks. I'm basically an all-around player. I do need to work on my pass blocking and different schemes."
Per SBNation:
Despite tipping the scales at 360 pounds, Campbell moves exceptionally well. He's light on his feet and quick out of his stance. I expected to see a big, plodding, power blocker, but this kid is a pretty gifted athlete. He's especially impressive when he gets out as a pulling guard.
At 6'5", like most young, tall OL, he plays a bit too high. He'll also need to work on leading better with his hands, as he often allows defenders to get into his body.

Looks like he has a good first step and some speed. It's his overall technique that could use a rebuild by Dr. Wickenstein™ and Imoorer™.
