So...... is it no longer cool to talk about the Office?

Sappy moments and the wedding dance ripoff aside, I thought last night's episode was great.

Agreed. Thought it was a really funny episode.

Favorite part was probably when Michael drives off with the full beer cans attached to his bumper.

Good stuff.

How in the world did Dwight close? That's what I want to know.

Michael is still painful to watch, he's the one part of the office that I can't stand.

Dwight has mad game apparently. Remember the trip to NYC with Michael?

Loved Dwight's gift. Turtle boiling set, complete with shell hammer, apron, and live turtle.

They had to burn Kevin's shoes..

When I first saw that wedding youtube video, I was actually embarrassed for the participants. I figured in 20 years when they are older and have kids it will be an embarrassment. But the fact that it got parodied in a major TV sitcom makes it cool as ****. I bet the couple who did it were blown away when the show aired, and that will probably be one of the highlights of their life. Whether or not it worked in the episode, it was cool for them.

I have the same "3 wolf moon" shirt that Dwight rocked in this episode. Good to see the wolf shirt gag hit prime time. I laughed out loud when he kicked his "conquest" in the face during the dance sequence. Meredith always has the filthiest on-liners. Good stuff.

Michael closing the deal with Pam's mom was priceless. I wonder if they will carry that over to other epsiodes.

The whole thing with Oscar and Kevin was awesome. First Pam's sister thinking Kevin was Oscar's boyfriend, and later when they're talking about Kevin's hair piece. Kevin telling Oscar how lucky he is for his "chicano hair", and Pam's sister walking by as he's rubbing it.

I do wish Michael would have closed Pam's mom.

The final shot, the callback to when Pam first laid her head on Jim's shoulder, was a nice moment.

I'm still a really big fan of the show, but it gets so off the rails, it's disappointing at times. In this episode, I'm talking specifically about Kevin wearing tissue boxes for shoes.

Give me a f'n break. Other examples that quickly come to mind are Michael's ridiculous behavior at Phyllis' wedding and driving into the lake because the GPS told them to. Sheesh.

Adult Swim has started showing the BBC original, and watching it again reminds you that it's an amazing show featuring many ridiculous yet still plausible characters. The comedy comes from the uncomfortable moments, not cartoon-like behavior. And it's a fake documentary that honored the rules of what a documentary looks like. No multiple cameras.

And no Kleenex boxes, just staplers in gelatin.

I've said it before: I've met a lot of Gareths, but never a real-life Dwight. David Brent is a carbon-copy of an ex-boss, a delusional jackass, while Michael Scott would likely be too stupid to survive, much less be a successful salesman who was promoted to manager.

But the American "The Office" is what it is. Still funny.

My DVR cut off as Kevin was entering the vending area... looks like I need to go to Hulu and catch the last few seconds.

I missed the Kevin scene at the end too. I was wondering what the deal was with the kleenex.

But besides that, Micahel does make you cringe at some moments. There were times in that episode I just wanted him to shut up and not say anything.. But then again thats great writing. Theyre making us feel like we would if we were really there.. Uncomfortable and irritated.

Great episode and I cant wait for the next!
