ODU Dropping Fast

What happened to them? They lost by 26 to unranked Michigan St. This makes our one "test" not seem like a test at all.

I guess Ga. Tech now is our measuring stick game to see how good we are and they are not even in the top 25.

Looks like the Tennessee game is going to be the first REAL test to see if we are worthy of a top 10 ranking.

Well first off Michigan State is ranked in the AP poll and pretty high up in the Others Receiving Votes category in the Coaches poll. So it's not like ODU lost to a nobody. ODU will beat some good teams this year, but their guard (#4) and their center (#45) have to stay out of foul trouble. We got their guard in foul trouble and wore them down. Last night it appears their center was in foul trouble from the box score.

Come March, our win over ODU will look very good.
