According to internets, P0700 indicating "Transmission Control System Malfunction" To fix that, is do I replace the Transmission Control Solenoid??? Or is that a different problem. Its to a 99 Grand Cherokee V8 4.7. Not sure if that error code is universal or if its only for certain make vehicle.

Oh and can a Missfure in cylinder # 3 and or others at the same time cause the P0700 code?

Engine misfire codes, like #0303, 0304, etc, shouldn't have anything to do with a transmission code. A weak battery or dirty ground could give you some weird codes, though.
The code 700 is for the transmission control module. There is some resistance test recommended, then replace the TCM. The factory instructions did not say this could indicate an internal problem.
I would make sure the battery is good, clean the cables, erase the code, and see if it comes back before replacing the module. You might ask the dealer parts department if they sell them regularly for a clue to their longevity, or ask a Jeep shop or a transmission shop if this is something they see regularly.
There were no factory service bulletins about code 700 in AllData shop information service.

I'll try cleaning battery cables and try and correct cylinder number 3 missfire and see if that resets the error codes. On a side note, do you know where I can get some of those locking clips or retainer clips that go on the injector wire harness connector? similar or almost similar to this one

Might be able to find that @ a junkyard.

Go in there with a pair of wire nippers & poke around a few engines to see if you can find some of what you need.
