I'm sure most of y'all have heard of or had Skyline Chili. I was so excited to taste this stuff the first time the family went to Cincinatti. What a horrible bunch of crap that stuff is.

My mother is from Illinois and made that when I was growing up as a kid. We called it bean soup. It was good, but it wasn't chili.
