This is a sincere question, not trolling.
It seems as if the last couple of months Barrack Obama has told a country or region that there would be "consequences" or lines not to cross, etc.
Does anyone who follows this type of thing and remember details know which countries or regions have been "threatened" or warned have a list or know of a link that would enlighten me?
It appears as if there is a lot of threats, I don't know if is because BO doesn't want to do anything for the right reason, or if he genuinely doesn't know what to do. Is it because HC is no longer SoS?
After a while, empty threats lose their meaning. I will admit to not following some of the things going on, and that is my bad, but I feel like every few days BO is making another statement that simply says "don't do that, or we will retaliate."
