It should be very difficult for an incumbent to campaign as the "candidate for change." But in Obama's case, it may be his only alternative, since his record over his term as POTUS is pitiful.

Sorry to interrupted the circle jerk but do you really think we haven't seen chage in many areas already?

I get it when liberals want more change than they have gotten. But for conservatives who have fought against everything that comes out of President Obama's mouth to be upset that there isn't enough change does not make sense to me.

I think the point is that Obama has continued Bush's crappy policies and has instituted the worst of failed liberal "new deal" type policies.

Hornpharm, the point is that Obama has failed to move the country in a positive direction, and he has wasted $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ trying to do so. If all he can promise in a campaign is "Stick with me, we still have more change to make," then he is admitting that his own record of four years is a disappointment. We can't afford four more years of this POTUS.
