Obama lost last night at the GOP debate

This concerns me. With sister Michelle and Mitt savaging gov. goodhair, and his attempted zingers missing wide right, the chances for Perry clinching the repub nomination are taking a hit.

Will Bachmann be able to do enough damage to derail Perry's campaign? What do the gop pundits on HF think? Somebody, please give me some hope that Perry will win this nomination?

Aside: The alternate and messed up universe these folks including the tea gang and their candidates live in was at once funny and sad. A whackjob like Michelle Bachhmann hammering a tool like Perry, who for once prolly did the right thing (even if he was motivated by his closeness to Merck through his campaign manager) by administering life saving HPV vaccine, reminds Americans the danger that these people pose to the future of this country. Human papilloma virus, one of the deadliest forms of viruses that once in the body, is almost incurable. And these morons are fighting over if that is "infringing" upon the kids' rights?!

So you are for allowing somebody in the government to override your parental authority and inject you and your children with a vaccine that has questionable effectiveness?

Wow, just wow.

teen pregnancy is very detrimental to girls and society at large.

All girls should be put on the pill starting with the onset of menstration. It's the only sane thing to do. Oh, and obesity is a big problem. A Perry-appointed committee of former yell leaders should go door-to-door checking everyone's fridge for sugary snacks.

I would think that we would want to have the best candidates from both parties run - Continuing to put crappy people in the White House hurts us all.

I think it is funny everytime an Obama supporter calls Bachman or Palin a quack, do they not look at their own candidate, both of those ladies can do a much better job than the current office holder of President of the United States.

President Obama has set the standard very low.

This election is about Jobs and Economy.....everything else is a side show. Perry has Texas as his resume.

The HPV is slight of hand and a non issue. I agree with the left that he was trying to do the right thing and then backed off of it. All Perry needs to do is say that this inoculation is no different than mandatory measles, mumps, rubella, polio etc. This seems more of a sex issue than a privacy issue for certain groups on the right.
