I bet the Obama admin is "fast and furiously" working on a spin.

You would think the AG could remember the time he heard about a plan for the US government to give weapons to drug dealers so they could kill mexican and american citizens. of course, we are talking about a guy who had no problem representing terrorists so nothing ths guy says or does would surprise me.
 
If he is, he's not very good at it. How does any lawyer, especially the AG, speaking before a congressional committee answer a question he does not understand? Would you not ask for clarification, so that your on the record answer is accurate?

And then 'the old, I didn't read the email addressed to me' line is just sorry. This wasn't from some concerned citizen or mid level staffer, this was from the head of the Phoenix office.
 
Dont worry, its not like the MSM will hound their *** about this like they did the Valerie Jarret thing. This will blow over like all of their other scandals.

if you look at the memos in the CBS link you see memos from the acting Deputy AG to holder and the Assistant AG to Holder.

he can try to say he does not read all his briefs but in this case there are too many to pretend you didn't read and they all contain remarks on Fast and Furious.

I bet there is pressure for him to resign so Obama can distance himself from this. Better optics for Obama than if he has to fire him.

Of course there are also the other officials in the admin with clear links to Fast and furious including these people who sent the memos .

Sheryl Atikkison, the CBS reporter who did the piece on the memos said she was yelled at and cursed at by Eric shultz an Obama spokes person.

This is yet another huge scandal for the Obama administration that may very well end the career of Eric Holder. If it does, then good riddance.
 
Hell, Holder should have been gone long ago when he decided to not do his job when the Black Panthers holding bats outside of a voting place with voter intimidation. This guy is the biggest sleezy bag.
 
If true this also should be investigated . Were the guns allowed to go into mexico under Bush?

Actually it appears the obama admin was investigating Operation Wide Receiver.
How whacked out do you have to be to investigate a gun walking op that might or might not have allowed a small amount of weapons to get into mexico all the while you have your own large gun walking op.
Fast and furious involves thousands of weapons resulting in the death of 2 Americans and untold Mexicans.

So what is known is a smaller operation took place in 06-07 under Bush( the details of which are not known yet) that Obama investigated YET Obama started a much larger operation that got people killed.
