All cell phones in the near future will be required to receive presidential messages. you may opt out of other unspecified alerts. wonderful, more big brother. my aunt was in NYC during 9/11. Her cell phone didnt work for over a day. Who is subsidizing this thing in the event a phone doesnt receive text messages? "A special alert from the president---vote for schumer...and as little orphan annie says, remember to buy your ovaltine."
