Don't know how many xword puzzle fans are here, but this week (Oct 17 - 22) is some kind of special "meta puzzle" thing. The answers from Monday - Friday will be used to solve Saturday's puzzle.
All the puzzles this week are by the same constructor, Patrick Berry.
Yesterday's puzzle was pretty good, imo. I haven't done today's (Friday). The NYT Friday and Saturday puzzle are usually pretty rough.
