doesn't look good. they are not close to any deal. the Production Co. for the "The Grinch" had deal in place where their stage hands would anyway...now the owners of the theater have locked them out.

Looks like it will drag on. They are saying that if the Grinch doesn't win their emergency inunction against the theater owner, they'll probably scrap the entire show this year. (I really don't get why the owner wouldn't want them to do the show).

what really sucks is this means that the tourist and the NJ weekender crown will have to find other places to go.
