Now we know why: pictures of Jerry showed up

The poor innocent victim in these photos (per her lawyer) is trying to get a lot of money from Jerry Jones from the hurt/humilation of this "assault."

I feel more contempt for this money grubbing slut and her lawyer than I do the money grubbing cocksman being sued. But with team ownership being such a media-sensitive position -- this could be big trouble for the Cowboys GM. The judge is allowing the case to poceed in public.

You're assuming, of course, that she's a 'poor innocent victim". And I guess on the scale of contempt we need to decide who is more deserving, the one seeking compensation from an alleged wrongdoer, or the wrongdoer who thinks he can buy his way out of everything.

Sterling lost his team under similar circumstances. It's not improbable that Jerry Jones could lose his.

The lawsuit concerns alleged actions that took place after the photos were taken, doesn't it? Moreover, as I understand it, the plaintiff is the lady who took the photos, not one of the ladies in the photos. So, whether the lady in the photo to which you linked is being victimized is irrelevant to the lawsuit, isn't it?

The lawsuit itself shows that the plaintiff doesn't even remember when it happened (whittled down to a two-month period), so I'm guessing her character/intelligence isn't vastly different than the others in the pictures. But yes... it's irrelevant to her case (who she was hanging out with).

She truly only has a case against the Cowboys if she has any proof they tried to coerce or threaten her in any way, or just cover up the situation. Since she didn't provide any evidence towards that in the affidavit, I'm guessing it's a "she said he said" situation.

Jones himself might be in a bit more trouble. Seeing the Ray Rice stuff go down, the league will definitely want to be on top of any sexual assault civil suits in the near future. So he basically has no option but to fight it in court rather than a settlement, because a settlement indicates something occurred, which the league could probably take action upon. If she uses eyewitnesses in a trial, and it corroborates only the sexual stuff that took place at the hotel, he'll lose. He might not have to pay a cool $1 million, but it's still on the record.

I was always told that whores didn't paid for sex, they got paid to leave immediately after sex. I guess that doesn't apply to famous people. This girl wasn't a minor, she was taking pictures of other girls getting pawed on, and then she files suit because she got pawed on. That's pretty weak. I hope it goes to trial, she gets $0, and everyone finds out that Jerrah is a gross, dirty, old man. **** em both.

Where has this ***** been since "May or June" 2009? You wait that long to file suit and don't have an exact date of when the "assault" occurred you're pretty much ******. Dumb okie (redundant) *****

I've got no love for Jerry Jones - he's done plenty to damage the Cowboys, however, I can't stand these money grubbing sluts trying to squeeze some money out of someone. Send them back to their trailer park with $0 and even less dignity than they had before.

Regardless of this girls motives or reputation, the fact still remains that Jerry did it. And I will bet my last nickel that it has happened too many times to count. He is no less scum than she is. Thing is that it's not like there are too many high standards that sluts are held to. But the owner of what is arguably the highest profile sports team in the world? Yeah, there are.

SBO,

1. You realize it's not sexual assault if it's between consenting adults?
2. If she was sexually assaulted why didn't she report it to police?
3. If she was sexually assaulted and traumatized as she claims, why can't she pin point the date it happened instead of narrowing it down to 2 months?
4. The court document claims that the assault happened in 2009? Where the **** has she been for 5 years?
5. I'm not defending JJ, but she's one lying dumb okie *****

As I understand it, the woman suing is the one who took the pictures and not appearing in them. I haven't followed the case too closely but due process is a cool thing, even for that creep JJ.

Taps....
My bad. I am not arguing whether or not is was a sexual assault. I am arguing why a married man and an ambassador of professional sports, in this case on the highest of levels, is in these compromising positions to begin with. It reflects so badly across the board back onto so many people. I realize it is JJ, and it is what it is when it comes to him. But even he, with all of his disgusting qualities, should be required to display at least a measurable amount of dignity and pride and professionalism when representing City of Dallas and the Cowboys organization. The sad thing though is that he really does not give a ****. At some point in time he needs to be held accountable like anybody else would be.

What is wrong with this picture. Did she say to him Jana Wicke?
He should have said that to her.

"A money grubbing slut trying to squeeze money out of someone."

That pretty much describes Jones very well too.
He looks really dignified in those pictures.

His drunken escapades are legendary and ongoing from his letting Jimmy Johnson go in a jealous fit to the present.
Sooner or later it's going to catch up to him.

Having been charged as he was in the past, maybe representation of the plaintiff vs. Jerry Jones is community service to get the Misdemeanor charge off the record.
