first of all regular programming can resume, but more importantly who do you think was the hottest (best looking) olympian. My vote goes to georgian figure skater Elene Gedevanishvili. She may have finished 9th, but who cares.

Was it just me or did it strike others that the 3 snow board girls probably "got around" a little bit...? During the medal ceremony, the one looked like she had just been ridden by the 4 man bobsled team.

I heard on one of the national sports shows that just over halfway through the Olympics, they had to truck in 80,000 more condoms into the Olympic Village. They had already gone through the first 100,000. That is a LOT of (no sex at all).

So, I'm guessing, quite a few of them, from just about every country, got around.

It's not the first time I've heard of this. I remember back when Katarina Witt and Alberto Tomba were rumored to be engaging in some extra curricular activities, and other former Olympians commented that it's a pretty wild scene in Olympic Village. It's not often so many highly-charged athletes of both genders share such close quarters for an extended period of time.

Anyway, 180,000 condoms in just over two weeks. Call me impressed.

Silver medalist ice dancer Meryl Davis wasn't what one would call beautiful, but was very striking and exotic-looking. She resembled the lead (Pandoran) actress in Avatar, IMO.
