Not getting all of my emails from a website

I have a website with a form for people to submit some stuff. It's supposed to email me, and email the person filling it out. Well, it looks like everyone has been getting their email except I don't get about 25% of mine. Also, when I try to just send regular emails to my website email addresses, they either can take a long time or simply never show up.

I've emailed support, but haven't heard back yet. Any ideas on what I can or cannot do or what I can ask them to do or look into?

Possibly Port 80 Blocking by your ISP

SBC DSL customers with 3rd party hosting (i.e. you have a website hosted by another company along with Email Accounts), must request that SBC unblock Port 80. They're doing it "in order to reduce SPAM traffic clogging up their servers" , however they've pissed off thousands of customers by implementing Port 80 Blocking.

You can do a Google search to find out more about this.

i guess it could be that...but i can check my website email using a "squirrel mail" program through my website. so i don't think my ISP could block any of that mail and it's still not even going there. i had this problem some last year as well, i think i'm changing hosts/servers/whatever after this week. currently i'm with nextwebsite.com
