I'm trying to visualise how I would feel if we hadn't melted down, had pieced together a B12 championship (even with a few assorted losses), won the B12 tourney and then went on to get punked in the 2nd round.

I'm pretty sure I would be inconsolable right now...my dog would be dead and my wife would be packing for her mothers.

Just give UNI props for doing what teams from the Missouri Valley Conference seem to do on a very frequent basis -- somehow, surprise us.

The MoValley basically invented the term mid-major (yes, I've heard of Valpo, Xavier, and Gonzaga) and yet they only got one team in the tourny this year. There is a wealth of parody in college hoops right now, as is evidenced by the way the tourny is playing out.
