In advance, i'm sorry for creating basically a repeat topic..sorry guys..first post here...

I've been living in the same apartment complex for two years, and my lease ends in August (thank god). It gets kind old, when the drunken neighbor a couple of doors down loves to take a crap on the stairs in front of my door..but thats beside the point..

I've been having a hard time trying to locate a good mangament company for a new place, my current one, is horrible. Don't fix anything, and my car has gotten broken into twice.

I'm basically looking for a 1/1, or maybe even a 2/1 condo, townhouse, duplex, apartment in the north campus, enfield, lake austin, etc. area. I would like to have a backyard though, so I can have a dog, or even an apartment complex that woudl allow pets.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would highly appreciate it. Just reply here, send me a pm, or whatever. Thanks in advance, and as i said before, sorry for the repeat post...

At the current time the LA and ER routes, moreso ER are terrible. They are unpredictable due to all the construction on various stretches of it. Even though west of MoPac it is clear, the rest is not. The ridership of that route has gone down dramatically. We don't know if it is because of students just driving in or flat out moving. It it is the latter, this is good for you.

there are tons of signs for rent on many different types of places. I cannot help you w/ management companies but def. go drive around Enfield because signs are everywhere. They may be desperate to get somebody in the door so may cut them a break on rent.

North Campus, IF and RR routes are wonderful. Those too have plenty of signs out in yards and complexes. Those two routes are very consistent and run often.

Good luck in finding a good company.
