What's taking its place you might ask? Another Italian restaurant! This does not sit well with me.

that sucks, but their noodles had gone down in quality and their price stayed the same.

i work right around the corner, and it hasn't even occured to me to go to noodlism in about 2 months. they got too fancy with their noodles.

we need a good old fashioned greasy chinese/japanese ramen shop downtown. that's what we need.

Jebus Hayden, when did you get about 25,000 posts?

This is a threadjack, but I find it funny that 2 new fathers (Hayden and Mac, although Mac's been a father for a bit longer) are among the most prolific posters. I can just imagine them posting on hornfans with their kids sitting on their laps.

That sucks, that was a tie breaker place if I didn't want Asian and the ball and chain did. He'd get his Asian and I could get a burger. We'll mourn this loss.

Over priced for what you got imo. Never felt full (ha ha) after dropping $10 there. Good grub, just not enough of it.

I only ever had the stir-fried udon & pad thai, & those were more than filling imo. Never tried any of the faux italian stuff.

Since China on the Avenue closed, downtown is sorely lacking in the chinese food arena. PF and Mongolian Grill are good, but not chinese.

always went with a white shirt on. always got crap on my white shirt. stopped going because of my inability to eat with any percision or skill. so, my inability to keep food off of my shirt was the death of that place.

I like Noodle-ism but quit going once they switched to having waiters instead of ordering at the register. And they got rid of mac'n'cheese.

I miss having the Delaware Subs that was there before Noodle-ism. No Delaware close to downtown which sucks.

ThreadJack: Anyone know details on Girard's club going in where Capitol Brasserie used to be?
