Arkie and Uconn seem to the best OOC games in Austin. They are the last two OOC games on the schedule in early January.

The Hum Drum will be a snoozing again this year. What an awful sched. Not even KU to sugar coat this garbage in conf play. The 2 key matchups go up against the Sugar Bowl & NFL Playoffs. I've had season tickets since Tommy P's first year, not sure I can stomach another renewal.

Senor, let your tickets go and don't look back. I understand that they charge quite a bit for not a whole lot sometimes, but someone that wants them will buy them. Two decent n-c games is one more than average, and two more than a lot of schools get.

As for the team, we are going to know by the end of the n-c portion whether there will be something to get excited about in the conference and postseason.

Sorry you've gotten so many self-righteous replies Senor. I understand that one must look at how they spend money and determine if the value is worth the cost. Not being made of money myself I can empathize with the decision. And believe it or not, I also can comprehend that not buying season tickets to watch a game in a half-filled arena with fans so dedicated they'll actually stand up once or twice doesn't automatically mean you don't support the UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS LONGHORNS. I'll even be willing to bet you'll still watch the games and be a fan.

Forgiveness unnecessary, and some of you need to get over yourselves.

Not to get too far off topic, but the best way to improve attendance is not just to improve the opponents, but for Barnes to develop all his McDonald's All-Americans and 4-star prospects, and improve the quality of the product on the court. I'd rather pay to watch the team play disciplined, motivated basketball against Lamar, more than a bunch of selfish, underachieving primadonnas showboating (and losing) against Duke.
