NO2???

Im thinking of taking NO2 to complement my workout regemine... Does anyone have any experience with it. Any thoughts? Does it work better or worse than creatine? Does it dehydrate you?
 
I have used it as have some friends of mine. It is best use in combination with creatine from my experience. Its okay stuff, your muscles don't tire as fast when using it but its not going to make you stronger by itself. I would at least supplement with an amino like glutamine or creatine to help add strength. But overall it wasn't a bad product.
